In the lovely hilly landscape of Tuscany, south of Florence, lies the 12th-century castle surrounded by vines. On the 102-hectare estate, vines grow on 52 hectares and olive trees on 20 hectares, the rest consisting of fruit trees and forest. In recent years, the original wine cellar with small and large wooden barrels has been renovated. Besides the production of wine, olive oil and wine vinegar, Castello di Gabbiano also offers guest rooms.
