How this wine tastes
The vines, grown in terraces on a hillside, thrive in a typically Mediterranean environment. The Crêtes des Maladaires, south of the winery, provide the special microclimate.
Soil composition: limestone schist and clay-bearing marl.
01/Colour
Vivid pale gold with lime-green reflections.
02/Nose
Fresh, fine citrus fruit notes, mainly lemon and pink grapefruit.
03/Palate
Fresh and lively on the start, pleasantly full-bodied, beautiful length, finish on fruity notes, supported by a hint of bitter almond.
