How this wine tastes
The vineyards for the Luccarelli Bianco are located on the Salento peninsula with optimal sun exposure and soil composition. The proximity to the sea additionally gives the wine a good combination of freshness, flavour and minerality. After harvesting, the grapes are gently pressed at very low temperatures, followed by cold static clarification and yeast inoculation in the clear must. Alcoholic fermentation takes place at 11°C in stainless steel tanks, then refinement on the lees is carried out for 2-3 months. Overall impression: an easy-drinking medium weight, dominated by an exciting aromatic profile.

Brilliant lemon yellow with fine golden reflections.

Intense, multi-layered nose, ripe-fruity notes of bananas, yellow plums, pineapple and lemon, herbaceous hints.
03/Palate
Long opening, appears slightly sweetish, subtle minerality, medium-bodied, elegant body, long and juicy finish.
