How this wine tastes
Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature in stainless steel tanks and ageing lasts 12 months in French barriques (only 35% new).
01/Colour
Pure, dense purple red
02/Nose
On the nose a powerful scent of red and black berries, forest fruits and a touch of vanilla.
03/Palate
The palate is fresh and vigorous. Black berries, redcurrants and sweet spice notes are again in the foreground, and elegant, fine tannins unfold. The strong finish is marked by a bitter chocolate note and a well-balanced, dreamlike length.
