How this spirit tastes
The apricots come from Saxon VS and are mashed in Gunzwil for fermentation. The apricots are distilled in Gunzwil around two months later. The distillate is then stored and matured in barriques for several months.
Has a fine fruit note, showing itself round and harmonious, flowing pleasantly down the palate.
