How this spirit tastes
Ageing cherry spirit in barriques, and cherry wood at that, is a particular art, since the delicate fruit is all too easily overwhelmed by wood notes. Not so with Kirsch Teresa. The maturation period in cherry wood takes nothing away from its varietal typicity, while lending it greater complexity. Expressive, balanced fruit complex, underpinned by elegant spice notes.
