How this wine tastes
The grapes are fermented at 25 - 28°C. In February, after the harvest, the young Valpolicella wine is added to the Amarone pomace, which leads to a second fermentation over the following 15 days at 15°C. Finally, the wine matures for 24 months in large oak vats, completing its maturation for 6 months in the bottle.

Intense, lingering nose, reminiscent of red fruits and warm wood.

Its body is full-bodied, powerful and very harmonious on the palate. An extremely multi-layered, fruit-forward wine with enormous structure.
