Cave de Jolimont
A winery in Mont-sur-Rolle whose wines have ranked among the Vaud's finest for years.
Get to know Cave de Jolimont
The Cave de Jolimont is based in Mont-sur-Rolle in La Côte, the largest wine-growing area in the Vaud. Unlike a family estate, no single winemaker's face is at the forefront here, but rather the cellar work itself. Responsible for this is Thierry Ciampi, engineer HES Changins, whose name appears on the Cuvée 48.
Gold at the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse 2023
The L'As de Cœur Vaud AOC 2022 won gold at the Grand Prix du Vin Suisse in 2023, while the Piacere Rouge 2021 took silver. At the Sélection des Vins Vaudois 2021, six gold medals were won in total. The best-scoring wine was the Domaine Le Petit Cottens Grand Cru 2020 with 91.00 points and third place in the Chasselas category.
Chasselas, and then twelve more
The Vaud is Chasselas country, and Mont-sur-Rolle is its own appellation within La Côte. Alongside this, the winery also produces Gamay, Gamaret, Garanoir, Pinot Noir, Galotta, Merlot, Divico, Chardonnay, Gewürztraminer, Pinot Blanc, Diolinoir and Syrah. The Be «O» range also includes a Bio Suisse Chasselas and a Bio Suisse blend.
