Unique wines from the Three Lakes region: four generations have already contributed to Weingut Hämmerli. Interesting and enjoyable wines are not created by hard work and consistency alone: it takes passion and patience to accompany the vines through their development.

Passion for nature

The family feels a deep passion for nature and takes care of it by accepting its rhythm and letting it flow into their work. Herbicides and insecticides are deliberately avoided.

Quality as craftsmanship

The aim is to vinify new, enjoyable and characterful wines every year. The basic requirement for this is to carry out every step precisely and with ambition: in the wine cellar with strict hygiene standards, and in the vines with a feel for the vegetation and continuous expansion of knowledge.

Family first

Even more important than the passion for wine is collaboration within the family. Traditions such as the grape harvest with its loyal team of helpers, or the Treberwurst suppers in winter (sausages steamed in the still over the grape marc as it is distilled), have been upheld for many years. Employees and customers alike are, quite naturally, part of the extended Hämmerli family.
