Radiant golden yellow colour.
02/Nose
Wonderful nose of ripe pears, peach purée, passion fruit, a touch of pineapple, elderflower, citrus notes, blossom honey, orange zest, fresh herbal spice, a touch of chamomile and caramel.
03/Palate
Very elegant and complex on the palate, dense, vineyard peach, light dried fruit notes, passion fruit, honeydew melon, light caramel with blossom honey, pleasant spice, again elderflower and chamomile. A perfect acid structure with plenty of residual sweetness, great balance, powerful yet pleasantly rounded.
