01/Colour
Deep dark ruby garnet with a black core.
02/Nose
Very typical Cabernet Sauvignon notes, profound fruit aromas of blackberry and blackcurrant, rum pot fruit, liquorice, violets, creamy, sweetish notes, wonderful vanilla pod.
03/Palate
Great roasted aromas and excellent use of wood, smoked bacon, again pronounced cassis notes, black olives resonate, a nearly endless finish, a worthy representative of this wonderful grape variety with a great deal of potential!
