Dieci Vendemmie NV Vino Rosso Limited Edition

10 Vendemmie is a Limited Edition, born from 10 great vintages of Montepulciano, obtained from the best grapes and the best terroirs of the Ulisse winery, a reference estate in Abruzzo.

The vinification is made entirely with the Montepulciano variety and involves fermentation in steel with a maceration of 15 to 20 days at a temperature of 24 to 26°C. Part of the wine matures for 12 months in fine French oak barrels.

At first glance, it has a particularly intense ruby red colour. The nose is rich and multi-faceted, with a hint of plum and cherry jam, enriched with notes of tobacco and a touch of spice. A full-bodied wine with soft and velvety tannins, offering a pleasant finish with aromas such as cocoa, coffee and vanilla.

Excellently suited to red meat and game, it also pairs well with hearty first courses or as a meditation nectar.
