How this wine tastes
The «Alizé», this regular wind blowing from the east, joined forces with Artemis, the goddess of wild nature, who once held sway over the Valais. Carried by the wind from the Rhine valley, a Sylvaner berry came to fertilise the arid soil. From this union the Johannisberg was born. Thanks to its finesse and its bouquet, this apéritif wine is also excellent to accompany fish dishes.
01/Nose
On the nose, scents of exotic fruits such as mango, banana, pineapple as well as a hint of roasted almonds.
02/Palate
The palate is soft and the finish harmonious. This Valais wine has a good balance between fruit, body and acidity.
