How this wine tastes
Gentle pressing of the grapes and fermentation at a controlled temperature of about 15°C. Short fermentation in wooden casks to give the wine sweetness and volume without losing its necessary freshness. Ageing takes place for 3 months on the fine lees in stainless steel.
01/Colour
Pale straw yellow with distinct golden reflections.
02/Nose
On the nose floral aromas of wisteria, lime, acacia and broom, hints of cedarwood, lemon balm, wild thyme and Mediterranean scrubland, fruity aftertaste with notes of peach and honeydew melon.
03/Palate
On the palate voluminous, lively and pleasantly citrus-fresh, with good structure. Long finish, characterised by aromatic herbs.
