Light amber colour.
02/Nose
On the nose intense, tar, peat and smoke, as if one were the engine driver on a steam train. The whole is completed with pears, volcanic rock and dark chocolate cake.
03/Palate
On the palate powerful, enveloping, sea salt, colourful pepper and spicy oak wood. Long-lasting.
