How this wine tastes
The Masso Antico Primitivo Rosato grows in the sunny south of Italy, more precisely in the Salento region of Puglia. The warm temperatures are tempered by the nearby Mediterranean, ensuring lovely ripening of the grapes during the growing season. After careful harvesting, the grapes are destemmed, followed by a brief maceration to obtain the lovely rosé colour. The subsequent cool fermentation brings out the wonderful aromatic potential of the Primitivo grape: delicate fruit notes and juiciness, paired with elegance and a fine length, heighten anticipation for the next sip.
