Il Potere Rosso Puglia IGT Masso Antico

Masso Antico Il Potere is a wine from the hot south of Italy, from Puglia. The Mediterranean temperatures help the grapes reach optimal ripeness. A strict selection of grape berries forms the basis for the vinification of this aromatic wine, which is carried out after classic maceration fermentation. Diverse aromas and the deep red colour are thus transferred into the wine. At the end of ageing, the wine matures for several months in French oak barriques that previously refined grappa, the Italian pomace brandy. This method gives it an extra measure of flavour and complexity as well as a unique style and power.
