How this spirit tastes
Inspired to create an even fruitier, sweeter Balvenie, the future successor to Master Blender David Stewart, Kelsey McKenchie, had virgin oak casks imported from Kentucky.
01/Nose
On the nose sweet caramel, malt, citrus fruits, oaky vanilla, ginger and cinnamon.
02/Palate
Soft and full-bodied on the palate with candied orange peel and blossom honey to the fore, followed by brown sugar, spicy oak and vanilla. Spicy sweet vanilla and oak in the aftertaste with a long, malty and fruity note.
