How this spirit tastes
Cù Bòcan bottlings are the lightly peated whiskies from Tomatin. They are produced only during one month each winter.
01/Nose
Sweet, fresh and fruity on the nose (apple, pear, orange and cherry). Notes of leather and coffee also develop.
02/Palate
Sweet and very fruity on the palate, with orange marmalade, cooked apples and pears. Alongside a chocolate note as well as balancing aromas of leather and mocha. Quite long and sweet on the finish. Chocolate with a spicy clove note and woody aromas.
