How this spirit tastes
The Cù Bòcan Highland Single Malt is presented as an "experimental spirit", as the creations of this series sometimes draw on truly unusual casks. That said, the Signature Single Malt is still relatively down-to-earth. The Cù Bòcan whisky is distilled every winter from lightly peated barley in limited batches.
01/Nose
On the nose, a spicy aroma with exotic notes of coconut, alongside light smoke, nuts and lemon zest.
02/Palate
On the palate it shows smoky character with sweet notes of honey, along with a touch of cloves, cinnamon and star anise. Sweetish finish accompanied by a little smoke.
