How this spirit tastes
The Tomatin Distillery is located in the village of the same name in the northern Scottish Highlands. In the past, the distillery produced mainly for blend production. Since 2000, however, it has focused on producing high-quality single malt whiskies and has since gained a large following.
01/Nose
On the nose fresh melon with honey, plenty of red berries and baked apples, a strong toffee aroma, butterscotch, sweet honey and dark chocolate.
02/Palate
On the palate distinct fruit and nut - peach, apricots, mango and plums, walnut and pecan. Long and fresh finish.
