Dark ruby garnet with violet reflections.

On the nose pleasant fruit notes of cherries, redcurrants, blackberries, blueberries, plum, berry compote, orange zest and chocolate, lovely subtle herbal spice, a touch of liquorice root and mint.
03/Palate
Fruit power on the palate! Dense, fleshy and broad, pleasantly soft and elegant, lovely roasted aromas, plenty of dark ripe berry fruit and compote, red pepper, rosemary, thyme and herbal spice, smoked meat, coffee beans, floral notes, wonderfully refreshing minerality and lovely smooth tannin grip. The juicy, dense, elegant and long-lasting finish leaves you wanting more. Great potential and versatile in use, whether solo or as a food companion, always the right choice.
