How this spirit tastes
Carefully selected Williams pears, allowed to ripen optimally, form the basis for this exceptional spirit, which then matures in 225-litre wooden casks of Swiss oak until fruit and oak reach perfect harmony. This usually takes between two and four years. This speciality was awarded the maximum score of 20 points by the Distiswiss jury.
The verdict: clean, fully aromatic, harmonious, balanced. The wood is perfectly integrated.
