Intense, deep dark ruby red with violet hues.
02/Nose
On the nose plenty of pleasant warm fruit, cherries, black olives, redcurrants, strawberry compote, chocolate, leather, herbal spice, rosemary, tobacco, vanilla and roasted aromas.
03/Palate
On the palate pleasant berry compote, round, soft, yet at the same time a powerful body with nicely integrated roasted aromas, black olives, wonderful extract sweetness, juicy tannins, cherry, chocolate, meaty, black tea and coffee notes. A very dense, powerful, elegant and typical Zweigelt that provides a great deal of drinking pleasure both on its own and as a food companion.
